SATURDAY’S BUS TO HUNTER WAS AN ADVENTURE!

We made it out of STORM JONAS and up to the mountain!!

After a very heavy dose of winter Friday into Saturday with over 24 inches in most areas of the city 4 of our 5 scheduled buses to Hunter didn’t make it to the mountain. Though our motto is, “We always go, especially if there is SNOW”, we employ professionals who also need to be included in our decisions. We preach safety on the hill and we have to lead by example when it comes to the ride to and from it. For those negatively effected by some of the real time decision making that pushed sidelined several guests, please accept our sincerest apologies. It certainly wasn’t our intention to leave anyone behind, Jonas just dumped too hard :/ and too quick.  It was minutes of difference between getting out and past the storm and turning back, and for the one bus that made all the right moves, that was the OvR difference! Though the storm didn’t make it up to Hunter, it was a beautiful day and the west side was wide open with lots of fresh snow. Always an adventure with OvRride!! Thanks Jonas.
