• Depart LaGuardia: Delta FLight 1819 2:25pm (Be at the airport at 12:30pm latest) –>
• Layover in Minnesota (1 hour) departing Delta Flight 2259 –> Arriving in Vancouver 7:39pm
• Private Bus Transfer will be set up for transit from airport –> Glacier Condos, Whistler
Whistler –> NYC, Monday Feb. 20th
• Private Bus Transfer departing Glacier Condos 1pm (Don’t be late) –> Vancouver airport
• Depart Vancouver: Delta Flight 5786 –>
• Layover in Minnesota (1.5 hours) departing Delta Flight 1596 –> Arriving in NYC 11pm

* All trips subject to change depending on weather, mountain conditions, and demand *
* Any NO SHOWS for a confirmed trip Hunter MT, Windham MT, or Camelback MT will be charged the minimum bus fare of $39.95 per missing person
* Any NO SHOWS for a confirmed Stratton MT or MT Snow trip will be charged the minimum bus fare of $59.95 per missing person.
* Any NO SHOWS for any other day trip will be charged 50% of that days trip.
* All day trips are subject to 24 hour cancelation policy.
* Deposits for any multi-day trips will be forfeited for all no shows or cancellations within 30 days of the event.
* All funds for no shows or cancellations will be forfeited within 7 days.
