Perfect if
- You value world-class mountain terrain paired with world-class partying.
- You want to experience the legendary Austrian "Gemütlichkeit" (coziness) and mountain culture.
- You enjoy a social atmosphere where the fun doesn't stop when the lifts close.
Wake up to the crisp Alpine air and the scent of fresh espresso before hitting the glaciers.
We start big with 7 days in Sölden, Austria, tackling two glaciers and over 140km of high-altitude runs. By day, we shred the “Big 3” peaks; by afternoon, we dive headfirst into the world-famous Austrian après scene, ending the trip with a city visit in Munich, Germany.
Technically, Sölden is a marvel of modern mountain engineering. It is the only resort in Austria to unlock three distinct peaks topping 9,842 ft – affectionately known as the “Big 3” – all seamlessly tethered by high-capacity, wind-stable lift networks. You’ll carve across two massive, high-velocity glacier zones – the Rettenbach and Tiefenbach – boasting incredibly wide, sustained-pitch fall lines and ultra-consistent snow packs. Rettenbach offers steep, technical terrain that hosts World Cup opening runs, while the Tiefenbach glacier serves up long, sweeping cruisers. Connecting the two is a spectacular 1.7 km ski tunnel bored right through the mountain ridge. The resort delivers a jaw-dropping vertical drop of nearly 6,561 ft, dropping you from pristine glacier snow right into a bustling alpine valley.
After dominating the Tyrolean Alps, we’ll transfer down to Munich, Germany for a final experience of legendary Bavarian culture, trading glühwein for massive steins in historic beer halls.
You’ll head back to NYC feeling like an absolute Alpinist, with a phone full of panoramic glacier shots, a slight “après-headache,” and a brand new crew of riding buddies.
