We’re built for speed, but all pickup times are subject to the whims of mountain weather and winter traffic – so stay flexible and we’ll handle the heavy lifting.

FAQ
What if I miss the bus?
The bus departs on time to ensure everyone gets their maximum mountain time. Please arrive 15 minutes early at your designated pickup. It’s your responsibility to arrive on time. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered in these cases.
Can I join solo?
Absolutely! We welcome solo travelers, groups, and couples. Most people show up solo and leave with a dozen new friends.
Do I have to follow a specific itinerary?
We handle the logistics; the day on the mountain is yours. Just make sure you are back at the bus at the designated departure time in the afternoon!
Do I have to bring my own gear?
Your call! Bring your own setup or get one of our rental packages.
What is the difference between All Area Lift and Beginner Area Lift?
With the All Area Lift you get access to the whole resort, but if you choose the Beginner Area Lift you will only get access to the areas designated for beginners.
