What’s International Women’s Ski Day?
The K2 Ski Alliance and SheJumps, an awesome women’s outdoor organization, are coming together at Killington on Saturday December 13th to celebrate International Women’s Ski Day! This second annual celebration of women on snow will include free ski demos (and a few snowboards too!) to test out some of the latest K2 product and the opportunity to network and connect with other ladies who love snow in the greater Northeast region. In addition to a fun day of female snow-powerment, we will gather together at 2:30 pm for a special girls-only Après Ski at the Long Trail Pub for a free drink…..and then some.
The OvR Ladies are always psyched to “Get the Girls Out”, so we’re looking forward to helping bring NYC women access to this special event at one of our favorite mountains in the east, Killington (which also just so happened to be the host mountain for our Lady Shred Sessions!).

** In honor of celebrating women on snow, K2 is sending a few select snowboards to demo, inviting the all women, skiier or snowboarder, to come and partake in this free day of fun! Regardless of whether you have two sticks or one, this day is for ALL women to join together on the mountain!!!**
