OvR at Rockstock Festival

We’re stoked to announce we’re taking you to the 20th annual Rockstock festival!

Every summer, the spirit of surf, skate, music, and art comes alive on the shores of Rockaway Beach with RockStock & Barrels — a one-of-a-kind grassroots festival built by the community, for the community. What began in 2006 as a passion project by a group of local creatives and entrepreneurs has grown into New York City’s premier oceanfront celebration of extreme sports and culture. Today, it stands as a testament to what can happen when people come together with a shared vision — even helping pave the way for a dedicated surfing beach and skatepark at the iconic 90th Street boardwalk.

Running from 10 AM to 6 PM, RockStock & Barrels delivers a full day of energy and entertainment. Expect thrilling surf and skate contests featuring talented riders, live music performances from artists around the world, and a lively shopping village packed with unique finds. Whether you’re there for the action, the music, or just to soak up the beachside atmosphere, there’s something for everyone — and best of all, it’s completely free and family-friendly.
