Join our community
Premier regional destinations, all within a short ride: the high peaks of Hunter Mountain, the historic carriage roads and cliffside views of Mohonk Preserve including The Trapps and Sky Top Tower, the dramatic Hudson River vistas along the Palisades Interstate Park via the Long Path and Shore Trail, and seasonal mountain escapes like the Colors in the Catskills Festival at Hunter Mountain. We offer hikes of all levels.
What to Bring: a daypack, 1–2L of water, snacks or a lunch box, sun protection, layered clothing, and hiking boots or sturdy trail shoes. We’ll send a complete packing list straight to your inbox after booking.
How the Day Works
- Meet the Bus: board our high-comfort charter coach at Paragon Sports in Union Square.
- Ride Out: kick back, relax, and enjoy guide briefings, trip raffles, and exclusive partner giveaways along the way.
- Hit the Trail: pace is set by group, and our trusted OvRride trip leaders manage the route and safety checks.
- Refuel & Relax: take a well-earned trail lunch break and optional post-hike downtime before heading back.
- The Return Ride: unwind on the trip home with free partner drinks, good tunes, and great vibes.
- End-of-Day Meetup (Optional): join the crew at a local city spot for cold drinks, great eats, and good company.

Absolutely. Many guests come solo and make friends on the bus and trail.
Are the hikes really free with the Epic Pass?
Yes—buy your Epic Pass via OvR, and you’ll receive a refund on all Epic Hikes reservations (capacity‑limited; see terms).
