Summer is officially here, and we’re ready to OvRride it! There’s no better way to do the beach than the OvR Beach Bus to Asbury Park. That’s right, for all you fans of the Asbury Park Beach bus… IT’S BACK!!! The original OvR Beach Bus to the NJ Shore launched in 2012 with service to Asbury. After the devastating effects of Hurricane Sandy, the Asbury Beach Bus hit hiatus for a few years while we’d been focused on helping rebuild business in the Rockaways with the Rockaway Beach Bus. Now that the RBB is rolling full steam and Rockaway’s taking a turn toward a positive and sustainable future, we’re firing things up and helping add more beach options options into the fold. This classic Beach Bus experience had to Asbury just had to happen and it’s with extreme excitement we’re psyched to say, THE TIME IS NOW!!!
Surf, sun and relax at one of the most beautiful beaches on the East Coast. We’ll be rocking beach volleyball, frisbee, and most notably offering exclusive private beach surf lessons with one of the best surf schools in the business – Summertime Surf!
Check out the best beach bars on the East Coast from the down and dirty legendary rock bars, like The Stone Pony, to the classy ascot crowd at The Watermark. Asbury has the perfect mix of a punk, hardcore, and rock scene to compliment its Apres Surf bars and restaurants on the boardwalk. You won’t find a better way to beach it this summer!
