Get out and camp with our friends at The North Face
Friday June 1st – Sunday June 3rd
Now that the snow has melted, our winter home on the Upper West Side is turning from neighborhood base of OvR Snowbus operations to base of The Northface Basecamp! They’ve invited our crew and community to join along, so we’re psyched to announce our first of many camping trips this summer is coming in hot! On Friday June 1st, we’ll be taking off from the TNF UWS store for a weekend of crackling campfires, morning yoga, classic camp games, scenic hiking routes, swimming holes, live music, local food and libations, alongside The North Face Climbing Athletes Matt Segal and Sam Elias.
All you need to do is sign up and pack your belongings via the what-to-bring list (below), and The North Face will take care of the rest. By the time you arrive, they’ll even have your TNF Homestead Tent set up on site. Reserve a tent for yourself and a friend, or make a friend for the weekend. This roomy two-person tent is perfect for two and all tents are included, no need to shake out that old mess from your dusty closet.
THE NORTH FACE STORE ON BROADWAY is the official pick up/drop off location. So it’ll be easy to prep yourself for the weekend. Hit them up with any of your pre-camping needs and get yourself out to nature. With the best in the business helping guide your weekend, you don’t need to be an experienced camper. It’ll be a great introduction or comfortable reconnect to camping, but with activities planned for all levels we expect even serious campers will have an awesome time! All are welcome!
