This year, we’re celebrating so much more than just the upcoming season. Join us together for the 2021/22 OvR Season Kickoff and celebrate our return to community!
It’s been a tough road, more difficult to navigate than any backroad winter storm passage. We’ve never been more excited to reach our destination, arriving this kickoff season in celebration of our community. Thanks to our respectful and considerate OvR Snow Fam, we’ve been able to brave the storm. All last winter we continued to offer service to the mountains, and this year we are extending back to many of the resorts we were unable to reach in 2020/21.
Our annual Season Kick-Off party is a hallmark and an important OvR tradition. It’s a time to get together and unleash a collective snow dance so enticing the gods must comply. BRING US WINTER!!! Put on your snow dance pants and unleash another season-setting display!!! No doubt our unparalleled level of stoke will provoke Mother Nature to send us that epic winter we deserve!
Every year, as the snow guns fire up and white starts to cover the ground in Vermont, we celebrate in NYC. You know our favorite east coast mountains are already prepping for our arrival on the first Snowfiend Mission trips of the season!
Once again, we’re proud to celebrate with support benefiting Hoods to Woods, one of our favorite not-for-profit area organizations. Hoods to Woods is dedicated to empowering under-served youth in NYC through outdoor sports, and this winter they’ll be continuing to get the right kids up to the mountains. Proceeds for the season kickoff party will be donated to this great organization to help spread the shred to those who need it most.
We will be stringent on capacity, so please RSVP and purchase a $5 ticket for entrance that will go directly to our fundraising effort. We’ll be raffling off and giving away a ton of RAD gear from all the brands that keep NYC on the snow… DON’T MISS THE PARTY & RSVP.

Another winter coming, over a decade of shredding the mountains with the OvR / NYC Snow Fam and we’ve pulled together some of the best media to date. The start of a new season always presents us with the opportunity to celebrate all the good times in the past, while we prep to add to that tradition. You’re not going to want to miss the energy when ultimate shred stoke is unleashed on the Lower East Side of Manhattan!
